Warren Dee Foster of Keller, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, after a fourteen month battle with leukemia.
Warren Dee Foster was born on December 24, 1937, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, to Wallace "Bill" and Thelma "Sally" Foster. A resident of Keller since 1991, Warren was an active member of the community. He graduated from Blackwell High School in 1956, served in the Oklahoma National Guard from 1956 to 1963 and graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva in 1963. He married his love, Sharon Kay Moore on October 7, 1966, and together they shared more than forty-five years of marriage. He worked as a district manager of sales for Chevrolet Motor Division of General Motors form 1964 until 1998. He was also involved in several local and national classic-antique auto clubs and had several restoration projects over the years. Warren was a loving husband, devoted father and fun-loving grandfather. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon K. Foster of Keller, Texas; two sons, Marc Dee and Ryan Kayne; grandchildren, MacArthur Brady, Mary Grace and Theodore Wallace; and numerous other family and friends.
A graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 1st in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in Nardin, Oklahoma, with the Rev. Don Jones of the Nardin United Methodist Church officiating.
The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Monday evening, October 31st, from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
