Terry Joe Sullivan, 60, of Blackwell, Oklahoma, passed away on April 30, 2025, at Stillwater Medical Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Terry was born on August 23, 1964, to Paul Wayne Sullivan Sr. and Clariene Alverda Johns. He grew up in Blackwell and graduated from Blackwell High School in 1984. He later earned an associate degree from Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa.

Terry worked as a dedicated truck driver, first with Glass Trucking and later as an independent contractor, before retiring in 2018. He enjoyed fishing and crafting cabinetry and furniture. He also loved watching soap operas and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Nicholas Paul Sullivan; and his best friend, Vicki Cooper.

Terry is survived by his brothers, Kenny Sullivan, Paul Wayne Sullivan Jr., and Randy Sullivan, all of Blackwell; his sons, Sean Sullivan and wife Melody of Blackwell and Seth Sullivan of Ponca City; and five grandchildren, Kayleah Sullivan of Ponca City, Gage Roundtree of Fairview, Sammi, Tinley and Huxley Sullivan all of Blackwell.
