Rebecca Marie Butzback of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Thursday evening, August 13, 2015, in the Blackwell Regional Hospital, Blackwell, Oklahoma at the age of 40 years.

Rebecca Marie Butzback was born on October 8, 1974, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, to Billy Francis and Catherine Marie (Sprueill) Butzback. She married Paul James Epperly on July 5, 1996 in Miami, Oklahoma. She enjoyed watching Jeopardy and Sports on TV and playing Zombies on Playstation. She also enjoyed spending time with family and watching her son, Justin, race at the figure eight track.

She is survived by one daughter, Kayla Jo Epperly McNamara and husband Derrick of Blackwell; one son, Justin Kyler Weston Epperly of Blackwell, mother, Catherine Marie Butzback of Blackwell, and one brother, Jeff Butzback of Blackwell.

She was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Billy John Butzback; and a daughter, Tiffany Michelle Epperly.

Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at the Roberts and Son Funeral Home Chapel, Blackwell, Oklahoma, with Rev. Matt Smith, Immanuel Baptist Church, Blackwell, Oklahoma, officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Olive Cemetery, Nardin, Oklahoma.

Casketbearers will be Jesse Epperly, Jeffery Butzback, Wade Butzback, David Epperly, "Scooter" Robert Epperly Jr., and Derrick McNamara. Honorary casketbearers will be Robert Epperly Sr., Gary Lane, Jeff Alexander, Tom Prather and John Wicker Sr.
