Ralph Dewayne Lawrence Stout of Blackwell, Oklahoma, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026, in Blackwell at the age of 70 years.
Ralph Dewayne Lawrence Stout was born on April 17, 1955, in Salina, Oklahoma. He was the son of Edward Layton Stout and Reba Lynn (Stanley) Stout. He grew up in Blackwell, attending Blackwell Public Schools. Following his education, he began working in the oil fields, drove a truck, and worked as a crane operator.
On January 18, 2001, he married Cynthia Dianne Wilson in Blackwell, and they made their home in Blackwell. He enjoyed fishing. He also liked Hot Rods and mud trucks. Furthermore, he was a volunteer firefighter for the Big 4 Fire Department, east of Kingfisher, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; one brother; three brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; and one grandson, Clayston.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Stout of the home; five sons: Darren Stout-Free of Davis, Oklahoma, Travis Stout and wife Leann of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Cody Stout and wife Jessica of Blackwell, Oklahoma, Dustin Garriott and wife Samantha of Loraine, Texas, Joshua Wilson of Ponca City, Oklahoma; one daughter, December Brown of Blackwell; seventeen grandchildren: Chadley, Alexis, Chealsea, Maggie, Isabella, Aaron, Coda, Pandora, Malaki, Nicholas, Xavier, Damien, Joey, Luke, Liam, Renesmay, and Rosalee; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Billy Stout, of Kay County; and many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on February 7, 2026, 11:00 AM, at Roberts and Son Funeral Home, in the chapel, with Rev. Cliff Johnson of the Blackwell Tabernacle officiating.
Honorary Casketbearers include Malaki Garriott, Nicholas Garriott, Brad Short, Joe Moore, and Chadley Free.
The family requests that in liue of a memorial, contributions be made to Roberts and Son Funeral Home.
