Obituary
Patsy Ann Anderson of Marland, Oklahoma, died Saturday evening, June 20, 2009, at her home near Marland, Oklahoma, at the age of 69 years.
Patsy Ann Anderson was born on January 2, 1940, in Marland, Oklahoma, to Carl Willard and Hazel (Russell) Anderson. She grew up in the Bressie Community attending Ponca City Public Schools. Following her education she returned to the home to be with her parents. She was a member of the Marland Baptist Church. She enjoyed embroidery, writing and drawing, and watching the weather and television.
She is survived by her mother, Hazel Anderson of Marland, Oklahoma; a sister, Anita McAlister of Marland, Oklahoma; and two brothers, Willard Anderson of Marland, Oklahoma, and Ricky Anderson of Ponca City, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her father; and a sister, Doris Taberas.
Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 23rd in the Marland Baptist Church with the Rev. Wilford Wisel and Chaplain Mike Sweetman, officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery in Ponca City.
Casketbearers will be Robert Brumley, Jordan Brumley, Colton Brumley, Kenneth Wilson, Michael McAlister and Ricky Anderson.
A memorial has been established with Hospice of North Central Oklahoma in c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 120 W. Padon, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
