Nikki Dinell Miller of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Saturday evening, December 5, 2009, in the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 28 years.
Nikki Dinell Miller was born on November 9, 1981, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, to Ricky Lee and Marilyn Dinell (Tickel) Campbell. She grew up in Blackwell attending Blackwell Public Schools graduating in 2000. She furthered he education by attending Pioneer Area Vo-Tech in Ponca City and completed her degree receiving a license in cosmetology. Upon receiving her cosmetology license she worked at various beauty shops in Blackwell. She enjoyed outdoor activities, shopping, spending time with her family and playing various card games.
She is survived by her parents, Rick and Marilyn Campbell of Blackwell, Oklahoma; her fiancé, Nicklaus Lee Mies of Blackwell, Oklahoma; her son, Brodie Miller of Blackwell, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents, John and Lorene Campbell of Blackwell, Oklahoma; a sister, Audra Landers of Claremore, Oklahoma; two brothers, Brad Severson of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Justin Campbell of Blackwell, Oklahoma; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James and JoAnn Tickel.
Services are scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 9th in the First Christian Church in Blackwell with Chad Short officiating. Burial will follow in the Braman Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be Austin Tickel, Dusty Kincaid, Marcus Kincaid, Brad Severson, Darin Oxford, Cory Engle and Justin Campbell. Serving as honorary casketbearers will be Richard Looper, Jim McKee, Damon Horton, Travis Bufford, Jim Tickel, Johnny Campbell and Justin Landers.
