Max Richard Driggers, 86, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed away at his home on October 5, 2026.

Max Richard Driggers was born on July 22, 1940, in Blackwell, Oklahoma. His parents were Don Bradshaw and Avesta Lula (Hendricks) Bradshaw. Max joined the United States Army Air Force, and while there, he earned his GED. After his service, he worked as a cash register data repairman for Retail Data (now RDSolutions.)

Max loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting coyotes in his younger years. While coyote hunting, he used CB radios, which sparked his curiosity about how they worked. That curiosity grew into a lifelong passion for computers and technology. Completely self-taught, he became a true wizard with them. He was always eager to learn and kept up with technological advancements throughout his entire life.

He also loved taking care of his youngest daughter Kacy’s horses. He enjoyed being outdoors, and you could often find him out on his tractor. These interests reflected his curiosity, his ability to teach himself new things, and his love of working outdoors.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Avesta Bradshaw; a brother, DeWayne Bradshaw; a sister, Donna Taiclet; and his son, Richard Driggers.

He is survived by his son, Dewayne Driggers; daughters: Melinda Delano, and Kacy Driggers; grandchildren: Dustin, Jessica, Liam, Dwight, Elye, Bentley, Emmett, Delilah, Dwayne Jr., April, Michael, Emmie, Jasper, and Winter; great-grandchildren: Dalis, Melody, Julius, Ethan, Kaleb, Cody, Sam, Mila, Kensley and December; and numerous extended family.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the Blackwell Cemetery with Pastor Tari Carbaugh officiating.
