Loutricia Ann Walleen of California, passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 85 years. She later moved to Northern California where she resided at the time of her passing.

Loutricia Ann Walleen grew up in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, and graduated from Tonkawa High School.  A graveside memorial service is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Thursday, March 28th in the Blackwell Cemetery. She will be laid to rest with her parents.

She is survived by a cousin, Dick Blagden of Blackwell.
