Judy Lynn Tullos, resident of Blackwell, OK, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. She was 76.

Judy was born in Kermit, TX on November 8, 1947 to Joseph and Margaret (Stout) Burnett. She obtained her early education in Kermit, TX. She received her diploma in Cosmetology from Aladdin Beauty Colleges, Inc in 1980. Later, Judy completed her diploma from The Texas Cosmetology Commission as Instructor in 1995.

Judy loved quilting, attending old car shows and spending time with her family. She was also an avid bowler. Judy was spicy, spontaneous and was always up for an adventure. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Shelli Magin and her husband Gerry of Blackwell, OK; Jimmy Tullos and his wife Brenda of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren, Joshua Magin and his wife Haylee, Christopher Farrar, Allison Tullos, Corey Magin and his wife Abby; one brother Joe Burnett of Granbury, TX and last but not least, her special dog "Bo".

A private gathering for Judy's family will be held in Blackwell, OK on Saturday, July 13.
