Jesse Lee Free of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Monday afternoon, April 20, 2013, at his residence in Blackwell, Oklahoma, at the age of 64 years.

Jesse Lee Free was born on June 19, 1948, in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, to Charles L. and Margret Ann(Ronspiez) Free. He married Jaunita F. Stout in 1972 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. From a young age, He enjoyed fishing and hunting and cooking the fish he had caught. He liked to watch eagles and collected eagle and wolf mementos. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He is survived by two daughters, Shanon Wood and Brian of Blackwell, and Chasity Free of Blackwell; eight grandchildren, Toma Hawk and wife Tiffany of Loyal, Oklahoma, Aaron Hawk of Hennessey, Oklahoma, Jessica Wood of Blackwell, Felicia Skaggs and husband Aaron of Blackwell, Maranda Quick of Enid, Merissa Kerstein of Blackwell, Gage Wood of Blackwell and David Kerstein of Edmond; five great grandchildren, Lexi Adair of Guymon, Travis Skaggs of Blackwell, Jackson Hawk of Blackwell, Nathaniel Skaggs of Blackwell and Baby T Hawk of Loyal; and four brothers, Joe Free, Don Free, Gene Free and Floyd Free of Kingfisher.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Margret Ann Dennis; and former wife Juanita Francis Thomas.

Visitation has been scheduled for 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 23, 2013 at Roberts and Son Funeral Home, Blackwell, Oklahoma.
