Hudson Joe Hazlewood, infant son of Donnie and Kari Ann (Wood) Hazlewood of Ponca City died Saturday, May 18th, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Hudson was born on May 6th, 2019 at 26 weeks. He was joined by his identical twin brother, Casen William.

He is survived by his parents, twin brother Casen, and big sister Brynlee of Ponca City, maternal grandparents, Don and Cathy Wood of Blackwell, Oklahoma; paternal grandparents, Terry and Nancy Silkey of Ponca City, Oklahoma, paternal great grandfather, Don Hazlewood of Henderson, Texas; and aunt, Beth Wood of Blackwell, Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his brother Mason.

Services are for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Cornerstone Church, Ponca City, Oklahoma, with Rev. Sam Simmons and Rev. Richard Thomason officiating.  Burial will follow at the Resthaven Cemetery with Rev. Kyle Magenity officiating.

Casketbearers will be Richard Thomason, Kyle Megenity, Sam Simmons and Larry Merz.
