Gail Irene Balliet of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Tuesday morning, July 24, 2018, in the Ponca City Nursing and Rehab Center at the age of 75 years.
Gail Irene Balliet was born on September 3, 1942, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, to Carl J. and Dorris I. (Vickery) Engelking. She completed her education in Newkirk. She married Louis M. Balliet on August 31, 1972, in Ponca City and she served her family as a homemaker. Her husband preceded her in death.
