Obituary
Doris Faye Cunningham formerly of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died Saturday, January 2, 2010, at her home in Haysville, Kansas, at the age of 59 years.
Doris Faye Cunningham was born on December 5, 1950, in Wewoka, Oklahoma, to John and Margret (Saxon) Lambert. She grew up in Kansas and Oklahoma and attended Blackwell High School graduating in 1967. Following her education she worked as a homemaker caring for and raising her three sons. She later began working for T. G. & Y. Store in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and as a technician in the radiology department for Blackwell Regional Hospital. She enjoyed various handcrafts and collecting angels.
She is survived by three sons, David Jewett of Foley, Alabama, Billy Jewett of Florida, and Bobby Jones of Stillwater, Oklahoma; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four sisters, Dwana, Debra, Darla and Diana; and two brothers, David and Danny.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 6th in the Roberts and Son Funeral Home Chapel in Blackwell with James W. Roberts of Blackwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackwell Cemetery.
The family of Doris Cunningham will serve as casketbearers.
