Dennis Patrick McAuliffe, age 50, passed away on February 27, 2009. He was born July 4, 1958, in Oklahoma City, to Salvadore McAuliffe and Doris Abrusley. Dennis worked as a Sandblaster at OICC in Blackwell, OK. He was preceded in death by his mom and his grandparents. He is survived by his wife Darlene, his two brothers, Rick Nichols and Christopher McAuliffe, two sisters Marie Faulkner and Brandi Abrusley, two nieces Camille and Colette, and his daughter Desiree' Stevenson.

Dennis "Italian Stallion", loved OU football, basketball, and loved to play games. He was very smart and loved to read Louis Lamar books, and Conan the Barbarian. He would watch old movies, and act them out. He was a big kid at heart. He served in the Marine Corp for four years after high school.

Dennis loved his family and friends, and lived his life to the fullest and to the limit. He was loved by many, and will be missed.

Following cremation a memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at South Lakes Park, 119th Meridian, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Services were under the direction of Roberts and Son Funeral Home in Blackwell.
