Carrie Ann Haworth of Ponca City, Oklahoma, went into the loving arms of Jesus her Lord on Friday, May 8, 2008, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 26 years.
Carrie Ann Haworth was born on October 16, 1982, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, to Clarence Michael and Kimberly Ann (Dirksen) Haworth. As a small girl she moved with her family to Chandler, Oklahoma, where she attended kindergarten through the fifth grade. They then returned to Ponca City where she attended Ponca City Public Schools graduating from Ponca City High School in 2001. While in high school she was active in the Gold Key Society, National Honor Society and received numerous other certificates and awards. She also held membership on the Superintendent's Honor Roll. She furthered her education at Northern Oklahoma College in Tonkawa, Oklahoma, where she was a very gifted artist and studied art graduating with an associate of arts degree and a 4.0 grade point average. While attending Northern, she was instrumental in the establishment of the NOC Art Club and worked at the NOC Art Museum. She also worked at the Country Day School and Buy For Less in Ponca City. She enjoyed traveling to Italy, France, Japan and Mexico. She also enjoyed reading, visiting art museums and watching the Cartoon Network. She had a fond affection for her cat, Tibby and her dogs, Ranger, Mitzi, Zinnie and Mohawk.
She is survived by her parents, Mike and Kim Haworth of Ponca City, Oklahoma; her maternal grandparents, Don and Barbara Dirksen of Ponca City, Oklahoma; her fiancé, Daniel Trippett of Japan; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to extend a special thanks to a dear friend, Russell Trippett.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, C. J. and Wyvon Haworth Jr.; and her great grandparents, Bob and Nadine Noel and C. J. and Ruth Haworth Sr.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Thursday, May 14th in the Roberts and Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jim and Lori Nelson of the Midwest Agape Chapel of Tulsa officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackwell Cemetery.
Her many friends and family will serve as honorary casketbearers.

Visitation will be held on Monday and continue through Tuesday evening.
