Aryzona Lyn Logan infant daughter of John David Whitehouse and Shelia Logan was born on March 16, 2009, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, and passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2009, at the O.U. Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the age of 6 days.

She is survived by her father, John David Whitehouse of Ponca City, Oklahoma; her mother Shelia Logan of Blackwell,, Oklahoma; her maternal grandparents, Phillip Logan Sr. and Patricia Logan of Blackwell, Oklahoma; her paternal grandmother, Gail Whitehouse of Blackwell, Oklahoma; two uncles, Phillip Alan Logan Jr., and Darin Webster; one aunt, Heather Whitehouse; three great aunts, Thelma Nash, Barbara Logan, and Jennifer Nash; and three great uncle, Tim Logan, Terry Nash, and Vance Nash; and one cousin, Destiny Webster.

Graveside Services are set for 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2009, at the Blackwell Cemetery, with Rev. Eric Dittman officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackwell Cemetery.

A memorial has been established to the memory of Aryzona Lyn Logan c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home.
