Albert Earl Butzbach Jr. of Blackwell, Oklahoma, died January 21, 2012, in the Barnsdall Nursing Home in Barnsdall, Oklahoma, at the age of 57 years.
Albert Earl Butzbach was born on July 20, 1954, in Blackwell, Oklahoma, to Albert Earl and Iva Mae (Hurley) Butzbach Sr. He grew up in Blackwell attending Blackwell Public Schools before moving to Arkansas. Following his education he returned to Blackwell and began working for LA Boilerworks. He later returned to Arkansas to work as an automotive mechanic. He returned to Blackwell and on August 1, 1979, he married Sandra Thompson. They later lived in Eufaula, Enid and Tonkawa, Oklahoma. He moved to Barnsdall in late 2011. He attended The Tabernacle Church in Blackwell. He enjoyed playing guitar, camping, fishing and working on various automobiles.
He is survived by two daughters, Mindy Butzbach of Eufaula and Gloria Morrow of Enid, Oklahoma; a son, Ricky Butzbach of Eufaula; a step-daughter, Cindy McVay of Ponca City; two step-sons, Joel Thompson and Bradley Reece both of Eufaula; four sisters, Carolyn Epperly of Braman, Judy Chaney of Enid, Patsy McCollum and Angelita Reece both of Blackwell; a brother, Larry Butzbach of Garber, Oklahoma; eight step-grandchildren; and several step-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Following cremation no services are currently planned.
